Level 2 - Report
Leadership through Teamwork - Level 2 Reporting
After completing all of the Level 2 learning modules and satisfying the requirements for the Level 2 service experience, you are required to report on the things you have learned. Your report should include the answers to the following questions:
- What are two things that you learned in Level 2 that you feel are important to you?
- How have you been able to apply the concepts learned in Level 2 to your life?
- What is one behavior you have changed (or begun to apply) in the timeframe you have worked on the Leadership through Teamwork level?
- What are two things you liked about the process you went through for Level 2?
- What recommendations would you suggest to improve the Level 2 content or process?
You have the option of reporting on these questions through either a PowerPoint presentation or an essay. Use the following sections to determine further criteria for your report.
Criteria for PowerPoint
If you choose to make a PowerPoint presentation to report on your Level 2 experience, your presentation should:
- Include answers to the questions listed above;
- Be five to seven slides in length;
- Include a narration in the notes section of each slide to explain your PowerPoint as if you were actually presenting in person;
- Include at least three graphics to support your ideas and answers;
- Have a neat and clean appearance;
- Have no grammatical or spelling errors;
- Be addressed to the iLead Team;
- Convey any challenges you had meeting the requirements for the Leadership through Teamwork level.
Criteria for Essay
If you choose to write an essay to report on your Level 2 experience, your essay should:
- Include answers to the questions listed above;
- Be between one and two pages in length;
- Have a neat and clean appearance;
- Have no grammatical or spelling errors;
- Be addressed to the iLead Team;
- Convey any challenges you had meeting the requirements for the Leadership through Teamwork level.
