You are in charge of a Student Organization and part of your responsibility entails that you have different events. You understand that the event needs to meet University Standards. You are trying to make a difference on campus and make fun and exciting activities. You make an assignment to a member of the organization to plan out the Opening Social. You briefly explain the procedures involved, the budget they have to work with, and ask if there are any questions; they say no. They plan a great activity with tons of good food; it was possibly the best activity you had ever been to. When they turn in a wrap-up assignment reflecting on the activity, you see that the budget was only a few dollars over. What do you do?
