Getting Started

iLead... it starts with you...

What is the iLead certificate?

In correlation with BYU–Hawaii’s mission to produce leaders, the iLead Leadership Certificate provides training for individuals to become leaders in their workplace, the classroom, the Church, and in their families. The certificate involves three levels that progressively teach more complex leadership skills and concepts. Participants can view the criteria for each level by clicking here.

Why should I get the iLead certificate?

David O. McKay said, "The world needs men who cannot be bought or sold, men who will scorn to violate truth, genuine gold. That is what this school is going to produce. More than that, they’ll be leaders." This certificate prepares individuals to become leaders through the completion of learning modules, practical leadership experiences, and accountability reports.

How can I get started?
